The Retreat Includes

Somatic Classical Yoga

Gentle mindful movement, breath, and inner awareness to ground, calm, and embody. Practices are slow, respectful of your pace and safety, reconnecting body and mind, easing daily life, and cultivating presence.

Nature Walk

Silent listening nature walk, slowly and quietly moving through the woods with attentive ears, an open mind, and a calm, observant heart.

Journalling

Journaling session and taking a bit of time for integration and reflection

Sound Meditation

Sound meditation gently guiding the body and mind, followed by a warm, intimate sharing circle where reflections are offered and gentle support is given.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra for a gentle nervous-system reset, gently restoring calm, steady presence, and a sense of inner balance.
